My approach to health and perspective coaching is holistic, because the more we consider all areas of our life, the better we can grasp what influences our health and happiness.

It's not just about eating more vegetables or getting more sleep (though those are great habits to adopt). It's about how seemingly unrelated areas of your life are connected and how and why they impact your sense of well-being. This is where the discoveries lie.

​

Because of the holistic nature of my practice, we'll bring attention to several key areas in order to create deeper awareness, balance, and satisfaction within your life.

​

The space we'll hold as Coach and Client will be one of equal learning and growth. Each of us are different, and what works for one person might not work for another. I understand that it's incredibly important to be receptive of your needs and differences during our time together. However, we will aim to adopt "keystone habits" proven to benefit both your health and your sense of well-being.

What any of us really want in our lives is vibrant purpose. A commitment to ourselves that glows within us to permeate all we set out to do, providing us with heightened inspiration and motivation.

By letting go of whatever has been holding us in place, we evolve. The best way to do so is to redirect our energy into what we truly want for ourselves. This means allowing our disadvantageous habits to fall away as we develop what works to benefit us currently.

And that process is so beyond exciting. 

​

My focus is to bring in the new by releasing what's not in alignment with the future you are dreaming of. I look forward to helping you stand strong with your goals. Developing the pace and the steps you are willing to take to recreate your story is and will be your undeniable movement forward. All it takes is a choice.
